Product Description
         Jinan Mao An Instrument Co.,Ltd professionally produce PEM technology hydrogen generator and inside SPE/PEM electrolysis cells in China for 30 years. We are the first company in China to produce PEM technology hydrogen generators.
We use imported USA Dupont brand Proton Exchange Membrane, 100% titanium as electrodes.Nobel metal platinum as catalyst. Our catalyst coating technology uses "Chemical Precipitation Method", one membrane need two days to coat catalyst on the surface , which can enable catalyst permeate into membrane, very firm. Catalyst never fall off. These core material and technology guarantee our cells are very durable to be used for 5--10 years.
Our cell average lifetime is more than 20000 hours.

       PEM cell only need pure water and DC electricity to produce separately hydrogen and oxygen gases. No need to add KOH.   We can produce different sizes and different flow rate cells. Cell outside diameter have: 80mm, 102mm, 127mm, 136mm and 144mm. H2 flow rate from 0--2000ml/min. It is widely been used in hydrogen generators and hydrogen inhalation machines etc.

Product Features

1. Cell outside and inside active area are both larger than others.

 

2. Electrodes, micro pore panel, water splitter plate are all use 100% Titanium 1 Metal.

Which is top level quality grade among titanium.

 

3. Catalyst coating technology: we use Chemical Precipitation Method. One membrane at two sides both use Pt(Platinum) as catalyst. One membrane need 2 days treatment. Quite slow process, catalyst already osmosis inside of membrane. Very firm, not easy fall off. Even use fingernail scrape, will not get catalyst off.

   Other suppliers use new and quick production technology, such as hot pressed membrane technology or brush or print catalyst on the membrane. Press or brush catalyst on the surface of the membrane. After using some time, catalyst easily fall off little by little. Whole cell lifetime is short. Can only use several thousand hours or half one year. Right now, already seldom company use the traditional ways to coating membrane, as it is a very slow treatment. It take much time and much cost. This is the important reason why our cell can be used for 5--10 years.
