Product Description
         Jinan Mao An Instrument Co.,Ltd professionally produce PEM technology hydrogen generator and inside SPE/PEM electrolysis cells in China for 30 years. We are the first company in China to produce PEM technology hydrogen generators.
We use imported USA Dupont brand Proton Exchange Membrane, 100% titanium as electrodes.Nobel metal platinum as catalyst. Our catalyst coating technology uses "Chemical Precipitation Method", one membrane need two days to coat catalyst on the surface , which can enable catalyst permeate into membrane, very firm. Catalyst never fall off. These core material and technology guarantee our cells are very durable to be used for 5--10 years.
Our cell average lifetime is more than 20000 hours.

       PEM cell only need pure water and DC electricity to produce separately hydrogen and oxygen gases. No need to add KOH.   We can produce different sizes and different flow rate cells. Cell outside diameter have: 80mm, 102mm, 127mm, 136mm and 144mm. H2 flow rate from 0--2000ml/min. It is widely been used in hydrogen generators and hydrogen inhalation machines etc.

Product Features

1. Larger diameter: 136mm & 144mm. Much larger than others.

Inside reaction PEM membrane: 100mm diameter.

 

2. Electrodes and micro pore panel, water diversion plateall use 100% Titanium Metal.

 

3. Single membrane cell voltageDC 2.5V !

 

4. Membrane catalyst coating technology: Chemical Precipitation Method.

One membrane, two sides both use Pt(Platinum) metal.

One membrane need 2 days for making catalyst inside of membrane slowly by slowly.

To treat such long time, catalyst already osmosis inside of membrane. Very firm, not easy fall off. Even use your fingernail scrape, you will not get catalyst off.

This is the important reason why our cell can be used for 5--10 year

 

5. Cell lifetime: Lifetime more than 20000 hours, normally can use 5--10 years.
