Product Description
 

     HG-C hydride generator is applicable to various atomic absorption spectrophotometers(AAS) in China and abroad.Not only workable with AAS, also can work with ICP plasma and can be used for liquid phase, combined with UV for morphological  analysis .This instrument has memory function(one button start). Has exceeded international technology. At present, China's atomic absorption system 90% uses our HG-C model hydride generator. And foreign atomic absorption instrument manufacturers and ICP plasma manufacturers gradually use our company's hydride generator to replace imported hydride generators.

 

Working Principle

       Sample containing As, Se, Sn, or Bi elements, HCl and NaBH4 solution are fed into the manifold by the pump, mixed and sent to the reaction coil to generate hydride. The reaction mixture composed of hydride, hydrogen, water vapor and reagent residues are fed to the gas/liquid separator by carrier gas. In the separator, the gas phase is separated from the liquid and sent to the absorption cell by carrier gas, while the latter is drained.  The absorption cell is heated by the air-acetylene flame to pyrolyze hydride. (Inorganic mercury in the aqueous solution is vaporized as free mercury in the presence of reducing agent. Leading mercury vapor to the atomizer, the atomic absorption measurement can be made without heating. )
