Hydrogen Water Separator
This hydrogen/water separator is used in SPE/PEM Technology hydrogen generator. With our patent right. It can remove mostly water in the hydrogen gas. After using it, H2 output purity can reach about 99%. H2 flow rate is very stable through it. This separator no need any consumables. Can be repeatly used for 5--10 years. Length: 12cm. Diameter 8cm. Can purify H2 flow rate from 0--1000ml/min.
Inside has a floater, once water collected to a reach certain level, floater will up, water will automatically drain out through bottom a very small millimeter of micropore. So water can be recycle used. This separator no need to work with water pump and extra power, no consumables.As water drain out through a very few millimeter of micropore(see below pic), so water in the hydrogen must be pure. Water requirement below:
water resistivity >2 megohm.cm or water conductivity < 0.5uS/cm
